Posts are used to make several statements such as:
Special posts such as cast iron posts or Victorian posts can be used for every fence post or only at accent points. Posts can be mixed and matched to fit your needs. Line posts are used to hide your posts within your fencing to reduce the visibility of posts. Flat Bar Posts can only be used to continue the fencing in a straight line. Picket Posts can be used in straight lines. They can also be used at corners, but it is not recommended for structural reasons. "I" Beam posts are a traditionally heavy post, while Square tubing posts can be used for more versatility with reduced costs. Depending upon the fencing style you choose, and the options with that fence, you will need a post at maximum every 10 feet apart. This is distance we recommend. Heavier fences and grades will require posts that are closer together. If you need assistance in determining which posts will work best for your applications or have questions concerning the quantity you will require, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
